Sarah Pineau is an experienced litigator who focuses on complex disputes in legal venues across the country with an emphasis on constitutional law and discrimination claims. She brings substantial experience navigating the evolving landscape of anti-discrimination law, including advising clients on compliance with federal and state regulatory frameworks.

Sarah previously completed a two-year federal district court clerkship and practiced at a global law firm that is consistently ranked among the Top 20 of the Am Law 100. She also interned for a federal court of appeals judge and a United States Attorney’s Office.

Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the boards of the Federalist Society and the Law Christian Fellowship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Baylor University.
