Panelists also discussed the role of election lawyers in representing candidates and political committees, post-election challenges, and legal strategies in practice on Election Day.
Luetkemeyer represents clients in Graves Garrett’s Free Speech and Election Law practice group, where she regularly counsels clients on compliance with state and federal ethics and campaign finance laws and has experience advising candidates for state and federal office, statewide officials, members of Congress, political committees, and nonprofits.
