Five attorneys from Graves Garrett receive Super Lawyers distinction for 2020

Graves Garrett is pleased to announce that five of the firm’s attorneys were honored in the 2020 edition of Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers. Partners Todd Graves and Nathan Garrett were recognized as “Super Lawyers,” while partners Lucinda Luetkemeyer and Dane Martin and associate Andrew Alexander were designated as “Rising Stars.”

Notably, Luetkemeyer was one of just three Rising Stars in the area of Criminal Defense: White Collar.

No more than 5% of the lawyers in Missouri and Kansas are selected as Super Lawyers, and no more than 2.5% of the lawyers receive the Rising Stars distinction. Super Lawyers recognizes the top lawyers in every state annually through a multiphase selection process. The mission of Super Lawyers is to bring visibility to those attorneys who exhibit excellence in their legal practice.

Graves has been selected for the honor for the past 16 consecutive years and Garrett has been recognized 11 years straight. Martin (six years) and Luetkemeyer (five years) have also maintained their Rising Star recognition, while Alexander is a first-time honoree.

Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service for attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys.

The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazines and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country.
