McGroder has extensive experience in both civil and criminal law, with his practice concentrated primarily in the area of white collar criminal defense. Joe represents individual and corporate clients facing high-stakes investigations and prosecutions. He is experienced in guiding clients through treacherous criminal proceedings concerning a wide array of complex issues and a variety of charges.

Mueller has spent his entire career at GGG protecting the rights of individuals and businesses who find themselves pitted against the government. He now serves as a key asset in high-profile matters for the firm’s nationwide political, free speech and election law practices, with a specific focus on contentious and consequential litigation.
