Graves Garrett LLC is pleased to announce five rankings for the firm — one national and four Kansas City Metropolitan — in the 2022 edition of the U.S. News – Best Lawyers Best Law Firm rankings, released today. For the fourth straight year, the firm is nationally ranked in Litigation.

Additionally, the firm maintained its Kansas City Metropolitan Tier 1 rankings in Commercial Litigation, Criminal Defense: White-Collar, and Litigation, while adding a ranking for First Amendment Law.

The U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process, which includes input from multiple sources. To receive a ranking, a firm must have at least one attorney who is recognized in the current edition of Best Lawyers in a “Best Law Firms” ranked practice area/metro area. Practice area rankings are produced both nationally and within 186 metropolitan areas across the United States.

Graves Garrett partners Todd Graves, Nathan Garrett, and Eddie Greim and senior counsel attorney Brad Bodamer were individual honorees in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers rankings. In addition, partner Dane Martin and associate Andrew Alexander were honored as “Ones to Watch.”

Firms must have an attorney ranked in a practice area to be considered for the firm rankings for that practice area.
