Jennifer Donnelli is an experienced attorney with a practice focused on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Jennifer has appeared in both Missouri and Kansas state courts and federal district and appellate courts on behalf of clients that include national banks and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Graves Garrett in November 2018, Jennifer was counsel for a multi-office, international law firm and handled all aspects of litigation — from liability assessment and initial case planning through disposition, typically by dispositive ruling or settlement, and through trial and appeal. Jennifer’s experience includes taking and defending party, fact witness and expert depositions; fact development; addressing discovery disputes; identifying and working with experts; preparing and arguing persuasive dispositive, nondispositive and evidentiary motions; and attending private mediations and federal mediation program settlement conferences.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has achieved many successful outcomes for her clients and has been honored by Super Lawyers in Business Litigation.
Jennifer earned her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she served on the Law Review. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in history and English with magna cum laude honors from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.
In addition to legal work, Jennifer is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association and Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City. She also volunteers for Feed Northland Kids.
